Calculate your gross annual income as a private individual: gross monthly salary x 12 x 108% (holiday pay) + thirteenth month and other allowances.

A guarantor is someone who co-signs for you. If you are unable to pay your rent due to unexpected circumstances, the guarantor will pay it for you. If you do not meet the income requirement, you must have a guarantor to rent an apartment at Sayhaey.

At Sayhaey we do not work with a waiting list but we allocate homes based on motivation. It is important to us to know why you want to live at Sayhaey and why you think Sayhaey is a good fit for you. Sayhaey wants to offer residents their own, safe and affordable place, but we also ask that residents are involved and contribute their own bit, in their own way.

At SayHaey we believe in a strong and involved community. Together we make our living environment a nice place. That is why we ask future residents how they can contribute to the SayHaey community. - Green fingers? Help with maintaining shared outdoor areas. - Handy with technology or odd jobs? Small repairs or maintenance in the neighborhood can be valuable. - Interested in resident participation? Join the residents' committee. - Organizational talent? Help with neighborhood activities or events. - Good with children? Maybe you can babysit for a fellow resident. - Something else? All talents and ideas are welcome!
